CV · adam.rule@wisc.edu

I am an assistant professor in the Information School at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where I am part of the Collaborative Computing Group, affiliate faculty in Biostatistics and Medical Informatics, and an honorary associate in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health.

My research spans the areas of health informatics and human-computer interaction. I am interested in how people use electronic health records (EHRs), how we can use traces of EHR activity to study collaboration in healthcare, and how people tell stories with data.

Prospective Students

I am actively recruiting students to join my lab in Fall 2024. Prospective PhD students, please apply to the iSchool's PhD program. Current UW-Madison students, please send me your CV.
